"It was cold in the dining area, cold ind the rooms and even super cold on the bathroom floor. What happened to floor heating and an A/C that does blow 15 degrees when you put it on 25?"

"We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. "

"Super stay - high quality furnished room, and quiet late on, despite the vibrant atmosphere at the adjoining pub. Only thing I could perhaps find fault with would be the high tog rating for the duvet (which made for a rather warm night !)"

"Hilton East Midlends Airport er et dejligt hotel at bo på, det er væsentligt bedre end Thistle EMA på alle punkter. Dog er Hiltons beliggenhed ikke særlig god hvis hvis man skal til og fra lufthavnen, der er ingen lufthavnsbus/shuttlebus! Hotellet sørger gerne for transport, men det koster 8 pund pr. gang."

However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you! "Although the room was very clean it was a little tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldnt do enough for you. We had an evening meal and also the continental breakfast both of which were excellent. Would definitely stay here again"

"My room was on the top floor with a private use bathroom across the corridor frommy room. It was a small shower room with toilet. The shower was OK, but not very powerful. I liked the amenities provided. Shower gel etc and a razor pack in the bathroom, coffee and hot chocolate in the bedroom. Wifi was excellent. If I have to put some small gripes, it would be there was nowhere to sit and work. So not ideal for a business stay. It was on the top floor which is quite a hike and there is no lift,...
