The Observation Loft at Rye

The 3 bedroom coastal cottage has a light-filled living space with vaulted ceilings where guests can relax and unwind. There are board games and books, as well as TV and good wifi to keep you entertained.

A cosy wood fire warms up winter nights and a fire pit on the secluded front patio means guests can enjoy an evening outside. We also have the convenience of two efficient split systems, one downstairs and one on the mezzanine, ensuring comfort all year round.

Bedroom three - King single bunk bed.

There is a newly renovated bathroom and an additional powder room.

The home has a new hot water outdoor shower with rainwater shower head, so you can rinse off after the beach and avoid the shower queue.

Whether you’re planning a lazy day in or a fun day out, The Loft at Rye has you covered. There is a well equipped kitchen or outdoor bbq if you want to cook at home, or it’s just a 10-minute walk to local restaurants in Rye.

It’s the perfect location to explore the lively Mornington Peninsula, visit prestigious wineries and the hot springs are only a few minutes away.

This home has a no party policy.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
