The master suite features a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub—perfect for relaxing after a crisp coastal day.

Reserve one of the charming old horse stables for your group and indulge in a tasting paddle of their finest brews. When it's time for a coffee, we make our way to Hunter Cafe and Store, nestled in the quaint collection of shops on Dundas Street—an invigorating hour's walk if we’re feeling adventurous, or just a leisurely 10-minute drive away.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10PM on weekdays and 11pm on weeknights, including basketball court, decks, balconies, spas, and pools.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 12.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
