Welcome to our stunning newly built 5-bedroom home on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula! Just a 6-minute walk to the beach and a 8-minute drive to rejuvenating hot springs, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups. Comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests (Please ensure all guests, including adults and children, are included in the reservation. A $50 fee per additional guest per night applies after the 6th guest.)

• Living Areas: Relax in the living room, rumpus room, or upstairs lounge. TVs, PlayStation 3, and board games are available for entertainment.

• Bathrooms & Laundry: Use of all bathrooms, 9kg washer, and 7kg dryer. Laundry supplies are included. Outdoor Spaces

• Alfresco Area: Covered outdoor dining space with a Weber Family Q BBQ, bar fridge, and sun lounge bed. •

Driveway & Garage: Single car garage and two driveway parking spots are available for your vehicles. Please feel free to make yourself at home, but note that any locked storage or maintenance cupboards are for private use only. • No Parties: Our home is not suitable for parties or events of any kind.

• No Bucks, Hens Nights, or Schoolies: We strictly do not allow these types of bookings to maintain a safe and respectful environment. 

• Quiet Enjoyment Only: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to respect our neighbours and the tranquility of the area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a calm and welcoming space for all guests.

Important: Breaching any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and/or a fine.

We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for our guests. While we do our best to ensure a reliable connection, please note that occasional slow speeds or dropouts may occur, which are beyond our control.
