Our stylish modern 3 bedroom home is only moments from Highpoint, cafés and trams, just 8km to Melbourne CBD and about 20km to Melbourne Airport. Enjoy ground-floor bedrooms with study nook, 2 bathrooms and laundry, plus sunlit upstairs living, full kitchen, balcony and driveway parking. Perfect short-stay base for families, groups and business travellers exploring Melbourne’s inner west.

Step inside our beautifully presented two-level townhouse in the heart of Maidstone and enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

Thoughtfully styled with a fresh, modern feel, the home features three comfortable bedrooms ideal for families, professionals, or groups travelling together.

The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

Important:

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.

*Additional charge will be applied for extra guests and need to be advised in booking.
*Pets are not allowed on beds, couch and furniture.
*Commercial photography and filming allowed with permission. Please request permission at the time of booking.
*If BBQ is being used, please clean it as you found it, otherwise there will be an additional 50 charge for BBQ cleaning fee.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $1000 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
