The nearest tram stop is a 2 minute walk away, however you probably won't need it. There is SO much nearby!

To avoid the risk of you realising your lockbox has been cut off as has been experienced by past guests, we have arranged for you to collect your key from a nearby Key Exchange Service located (350)m from your apartment. This is a 4 minute walk. This ensures the most seamless arrival.
Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our guests generally choose to use Uber to collect the key and then continue on to the apartment. Uber is able to park outside the Key Exchange Service and wait for you.
NOTE: From time to time, there may be a change to this process for reasons outside our control e.g. road blocks, a sudden change in operating hours of the Key Exchange Service. This will be communicated to all affected guests in advance.

For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. Priority is given to guests who have booked in advance and need to be checked in.
