Welcome to Caulfield Village! Below are the details for accessing your apartment and facilities:



Property Address

Unit 8M, 8 Bond Street, Caulfield North VIC 3161



Key and Unit Access



Enter via No. 11 Bond Street and locate the Red Bike Storage Area.

Use the provided locker code to retrieve the key and fob (locker code will be shared upon ID verification).

Unit Entry:

Once you have the key and fob, return to No. 8 Bond Street to access your unit.

Parking Access

Garage Remote Control:

Retrieve the garage remote (blue fob) from the black key locker at No. 8 Bond Street (locker code provided with keys).

Parking Space:

Enter the parking area through the left gate near Coles using the remote.

Your designated parking spot is No. 173.

Basement Lift Access to Unit

Locate the single lift near parking spots 188/189 in the basement.

Use your fob on the black sensor and press ‘M’ (Mezzanine level). Your unit is M08 on the right.

Amenities

Access the BBQ area, swimming pool, gym, and libraries via the courtyard or side door.

Amenities are available from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Use the blue or black fob for entry.

Important Notes

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards.

Check-out Time: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Securely close and lock all lockers after use. A penalty of $200 AUD applies for lost keys or fobs.

ID verification is required before the security codes for access will be issued.

Glen Huntly Road tram routes offer easy connections to St Kilda, South Melbourne, and the CBD.



The South Gippsland/Calder/EastLink Freeways are easily accessible by car for travel to the Mornington Peninsula, Dandenong Ranges, and beyond.



Taxis and rideshare (Uber, Ola) are readily available at the Caulfield Station rank.



Secure parking is included at the property (parking spot No. 173 in the basement).



Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) is approximately 37 minutes by taxi or train to Southern Cross then Skybus.

Pet Approval



All pets must be pre-approved at the time of booking. Please provide details of your pet(s), including breed, size, and number of pets, to obtain confirmation prior to your stay.



Pet Fees



A non-refundable pet fee of $85 AUD per stay applies. This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure our accommodations remain in pristine condition.



Pet Etiquette



Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved at all times. Excessive barking, scratching, or other disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or the need to find alternative arrangements. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. This is a strict rule due to the high sensitivity of some guests to animal fur and allergens. Guests must use their own protective coverings if necessary.



Cleaning and Maintenance



Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all areas, including within the accommodation and outdoor spaces. Waste bags and proper disposal are required.



Restricted Areas



Pets are not allowed in shared facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, or lounges.



Leashing and Supervision



Pets must be leashed or under direct supervision in communal areas. Unattended pets within the accommodation are permitted only if they are securely confined and do not pose a risk to property or safety.



Damage and Liability



Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets. This includes damage to property, furnishings, or any additional cleaning required due to stains, odors, or allergens. The guest assumes full liability for any injuries or incidents involving their pet(s).

Non-compliance with this policy may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the booking.
