The building is located directly alongside Crown Casino, with the Yarra River across the road and Southbank`s full dining and bar strip two minutes on foot. The CBD is a short walk over the bridge, with trams along St Kilda Road connecting you further south toward Albert Park, the Botanic Gardens, and St Kilda.
This is a professionally managed private apartment. All check-in details and access instructions are sent in advance of your stay, so arrival is straightforward and self-sufficient.
Due to this being a professionally managed private residence rather than hotel. Services like 24/7 reception, daily housekeeping and room service are not provided!

🚗 - No onsite parking is included with this apartment. However we have provided suggestions in our welcome book for best places to park nearby and how to get around! For longer stays we can help arrange long term car parking!
🧳 - No baggage storage is available at the building. However, 8 Power Street (where you collect your keys) also offers bag storage through Bounce starting at $10. If you have any trouble finding this we are happy to help
🍾 - No parties, events, or gatherings permitted
🏡 - This is a residential building with permanent residents — please be respectful of noise at all times
📚 - Same-day bookings are welcome, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready by the standard 3:00pm check-in time
🛜 - WiFi is provided as a complimentary amenity; occasional outages due to provider or building factors are outside our control
☕️ - A welcome amenity selection is provided on arrival. Replenishments during longer stays are the guest`s responsibility. (Coffee pods, Tea, Milk, Soaps, Shampoo + Conditioner and extra special touches)
