If you’re driving, the area offers convenient access to major arterial roads connecting you across Melbourne. With excellent public transport options and a prime city-fringe location, travelling throughout Melbourne is smooth and convenient for both business and leisure stays.
Other Things to Note:
• EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request once the apartment has been cleaned, inspected, and prepared for your arrival. Updates will be provided on the day of check-in.
• LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. A fee of $75 per hour applies, with the latest possible check-out time being 12:00 PM.
• POOL TOWELS: Pool towels are not provided. Guests intending to use the building’s pool facilities are kindly asked to bring their own towels.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events are permitted under any circumstances.
• NOISE CONTROL: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, both inside the apartment and in common areas. Excessive noise may result in fines or immediate eviction.
• NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the balcony, or in any common areas due to fire risk. A $300 fine will apply, and smoking may result in immediate eviction.
• KEYS & FOBS: One set of keys/fobs will be provided for your stay. Please ensure they are kept secure at all times, as additional sets cannot be issued.
• MISSED CHECK-IN OR LOCKOUTS: A $150 call-out fee applies for replacement key delivery or re-entry assistance.
• LOST KEYS: Lost keys will incur a $300 replacement fee.
