A perfect retreat for Couples and small families, within walking distance of Mt Martha Village (approx. 1km). For those a little more adventurous it can be the perfect base to explore the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.
Accommodation is on the lower floor of the building only and comprises:

**IMPORTANT**Please note you are booking the lower floor only. The Upper floor is separated from the lower floor by a locked glass door. There is also a slip bold which can be secured from inside your apartment only. The upper floor is not used by guests but the owners do use the upper floor occasionally. You have the exclusive use of the drive for parking.


Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Linen:
• Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
• NO PARTIES
• NO SCHOOLIES
• No Loud Music
• Quiet hours after 9pm
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• All Cars must be parked on Premises.
