    -This apartment accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$50 per night, per additional guest.
    The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a 2-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
    There will be an additional fee of $50 per stay for the 5th guest for the linen fees as well.

    NO PARKING
    - Please note there is no parking allocated for this apartment. However there are some on street free parking available. There are also 3P parking available in Chadstone Village and Bunnings which is just a short stroll from the building.

    Extra Services:
    - Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
    - Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
    - Any late checkout without our permission and affect the cleaning schedule will be charged $50/h.
    - Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
    -No pets allowed.
    -No parties allowed.

    Starter Supplies:
    Our spaces are thoughtfully stocked to give you all the comforts of home during your stay. This includes toiletries, fresh towels, tea, coffee, and essential kitchen items. We also provide a limited supply of dishwasher and laundry pods to get you started. These items are meant for your initial use and may not last for the entire duration of your stay. If you need more, feel free to contact our team for recommendations on nearby stores and delivery services. Alternatively, you can order additional supplies directly from us.

    Dear Guests, we are thrilled to welcome you to our home and can`t wait for you to experience the comfort and convenience that it offers. We would like to share, some important guidelines that we ask all our guests to follow during their stay:

    • Loss/Removal of Access Control: Please take extra care of your keys! Lost keys, fobs, and/ or remotes are subject to the following replacement charge – Key: AUD $300,
    Swipe Card/ Fob/ Remote: AUD $150.
    This includes purposefully failing to return these items and is classified as theft. If you locked yourself out and need someone to let you in with a spare key, there will be a call out fee of AUD $80.

    • Quiet hours: We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7AM. Excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals will cause neighbours to complain to the building manager or Police. This could lead to an eviction
    of the property with no refunds.

    • No Party/Event : To provide all guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the property is not suitable for parties, events, or any form of gathering that may cause disturbance to the neighbourhood or damage to the property.

    • Cleanliness: Please maintain a certain level of cleanliness during your stay. Excessive stains may incur additional cleaning fees. We appreciate your help in keeping the house tidy and clean.

    • Cooking: If you plan to cook, please ensure that you open the balcony door and switch on the rangehood while cooking. In the event the smoke detector goes off and fire brigade is activated, you will be liable for the cost of the fire truck’s visit (AUD $3000)

    • Oven: Feel free to use it but please make sure to clean it after use. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

    • No smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do it outside. If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right
    after your check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AUD $200 for the removal of odors.

    • No Pets: If evidence of pets is found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AUD $500 for the professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building rules.

    • Registered guests only: Only the guests who were registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the house.

    • Rubbish/Trash: Please kindly remove all trash and rubbish from the property and dispose them into the rubbish chute located in the designated rubbish room.

    • House amenity: Kindly refrain from taking any of the provided amenities or household items from the accommodation without permission when checking out.
