Construction works are currently taking place across the road from Bronte. These works typically occur Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and may result in some daytime noise.



The apartment itself remains fully accessible, with no impact to its internal amenities or comfort, and evenings are generally quiet. However, we understand that the surrounding daytime activity may not be suitable for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise.



We value transparency and want to ensure you have all the information needed when planning your stay.

[PLEASE NOTE]: In accordance with Building Regulations, an induction is required prior to using these facilities and is scheduled at 4:00 PM upon arrival. A $50 refundable deposit applies and will be returned upon completion of the induction and acknowledgment of all applicable rules. Guests unable to attend the 4:00 PM induction may be rescheduled subject to stay length.

Unavailability of any building facilities due to maintenance works, upgrades or any other reason outside our control does not constitute eligibility for a refund other that what falls within our cancellation policy.
