1. The clothes washing machine was not usable, due to a fault. 2. The hot water in the shower was erratic, and often running cold. 3. There was no contact with any person, during making booking. 4. The booking process involved a number of third parties, with no human contact. 5. No-one checked to see how I was settling in. 6. There was no cleaning service, during my occupation. 7. The wardrobe for clothes was used as storage for house cleaning equipment. I had move it all out, to hang up my suites.
