The front residence is a true haven; it features three spacious bedrooms, offers ample room for relaxation and rejuvenation, two luxurious bathrooms, including an ensuite in the main bedroom for added convenience and a walk-in robe in the main bedroom and built-in robes in the other two rooms, providing ample storage space.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $35 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
