    Getting around couldn't be easier. You're positioned in the absolute epicentre of Melbourne's transport network:

    -Federation Square: 15 minutes

    -South Melbourne Market: 15 minutes

    Trams:

    Multiple tram stops are within a 3-minute walk, with services running regularly to:

    -Melbourne CBD and Bourke Street Mall

    -Docklands and Marvel Stadium

    -Queen Victoria Market

    -St Kilda and the bay

    -University of Melbourne



    Trains:

    Flinders Street Station—Melbourne's central hub—is a pleasant 12-minute walk or quick tram ride, connecting you to the entire metropolitan rail network.



    Rideshares & Taxis:

    Uber, Didi, and taxis are readily available and can be hailed from the street or via app. Most city destinations are a 5–10 minute ride away.



    By Car:

    If you're driving, secure onsite parking is available (subject to enquiry—see fees in Parking section). The building's location provides easy access to major arterials including the M1 freeway, connecting you to St Kilda, the Mornington Peninsula, and beyond.

    Please read and respect the following—this ensures a wonderful experience for everyone:



    -Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony (smoke sensors are in place)

    -Strictly no parties or events

    -Please respect quiet hours (11pm–7am)



    🔑 KEYS & ACCESS

    Never leave keys or the fob at the building front desk. The concierge does NOT handle guest items, and anything left will be considered lost and cannot be recovered.



    Lost keys or fob will incur significant replacement fees charged by building management (typically $300–500).



    Use your fob to enter the building and operate the lifts. Before entering the lift, tap your fob on the panel and select your floor—the screen will direct you to your assigned lift.



    Always lock your apartment door when leaving.



    🚗 PARKING

    Secure onsite parking is available within the building for one car, subject to availability.

    Height clearance: 2.1 metres

    Availability: Due to high demand and limited spaces, parking must be confirmed prior to your stay. Please contact us as early as possible to check availability and secure your spot.



    🏊 AMENITIES ACCESS

    Access to the pool, spa, gym and sauna on Level 52 requires attendance at a short induction session held by building management. Inductions currently run every Tuesday at 7pm.



    If your stay dates include a Tuesday, you're welcome to attend and will then have access for the remainder of your stay



    For bookings that do not include a Tuesday, access may not be arranged



    Once inducted, you may need to collect access fobs from concierge and return them after use



    Please be mindful of this when booking if you intend to use these facilities extensively



    Interaction with Guests:

    We respect your privacy completely—this is your space to enjoy, and we'll never intrude on your stay. Your check-in is entirely self-managed via keysafe, giving you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule.



    That said, we're always here when you need us. We're available via platform messaging throughout your stay—typically responding within minutes—to assist with:



    -Local recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and hidden gems

    -Questions about the apartment or any appliances

    -Support if anything unexpected arises

    -Assistance arranging parking or answering facility queries
