    The laundry area is neatly tucked behind the bathroom door, featuring a washing machine and laundry sink.

    Includes a versatile dining table that can also be used as a study or work desk, making it ideal for remote work or longer stays.

    Limited short-term parking is available closer to Bell Street and near Bell Station.

    Best suited for drop-off / pick-up, not long stays.

    Bell Station Commuter Parking

    Bell Station (50m away) has commuter-style parking, but spaces are limited and fill early on weekdays.

    Not guaranteed for overnight parking.

    Paid Parking (Backup Option)

    Paid parking is available near Preston Market / High Street if street parking is unavailable.

    Suitable as a backup for longer daytime stays.
    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

    The following strict House Rules apply :-
    No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
    No parties or antisocial behaviour.
    No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
    No pets are allowed in the property.
    No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
    If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

    Additional Common Building Area Rules: -
    All rules mentioned above also applies at all building common area.

    Pets are not permitted within the common areas
    Alcohol is not permitted within the common areas
    No guest other than the booked guests allowed into the building facilities.

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

    For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

    Important:

    Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
    We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
    If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
    In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
    We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.

    *Please note that bedding/linen/towels are provided for number of guests booked.
    *Additional charge will be applied for extra guests and need to be advised in booking.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $1000 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

The location is very convenient as it is across the train station and just a few minutes away from the bus stops. The unit is clean and has the essentials you will need for a short stay accommodation. Highly recommended!
