The heart of the home is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a cosy wood fireplace, while the 2nd living space features sliding glass doors that open onto the rear entertaining deck with BBQ, outdoor furniture and a huge back garden. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind while dining alfresco, enjoying a morning coffee in the sun, drinks and nibbles in the afternoon or simply reading a book in the peaceful surrounds. The huge backyard provides endless possibilities for outdoor activities, theres also a trampoline and children's books and toys to keep everyone entertained! The updated kitchen offers full facilities, including a microwave, dishwasher and Breville coffee machine (not pods) so you can cook up a feast at home, or if you prefer to dine out you'll find restaurants and cafes in the charming Balnarring Village, the delightful Merricks General Store and an array of world class wineries just a short drive away.

We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
