The Space:
"The Exhibitionist" is an impressive apartment located on the 3rd floor of the iconic Herald Sun building, at the corner of Exhibition and Flinders Streets. This historic building was once home to Melbourne’s leading newspaper and retains its classic architectural charm, including its grand entrance and iconic signage on the front facade. Positioned in the city's 'Paris end', this area is famed for its upscale ambiance, mirroring the refined culture and style of Paris, with tree-lined streets, high-end boutiques and an artistic vibe that sets it apart from the rest of Melbourne.

Inside, the apartment exudes luxury and sophistication. Soaring ceilings and original steel windows flood the space with natural light, while the stylish fit-out blends new and vintage Italian designer pieces, creating a unique, elegant vibe. The standout feature is a 3-metre Ponytail palm tree, with its own story of history and growth.
