A separate apartment on ground level of beach house, sleeps 4. You also get two townhouses across from beach house, each town house sleeps 6. North townhouse has just completed a full renovation so everything is new in that townhouse. Great for large groups or several families to share.

The beach house along with basement was built in 1957 and the two town houses in 1988, while we continuously maintain, update, and thoroughly clean them, they retain the charm and character of an older beach house. If you're looking for a busy beach and brand-new, modern property, this may not be the right fit.

North side town house has been completely redone, the inside is totally brand new, everything from furniture, cabinets to floors to kitchen and bathrooms and duct work is completely new.

Sit back and relax, take a swim, buggy board, surf, fish or do nothing but take in tropical scenery. Beach front house and two town houses sit on a 1.2 acre property. Beach house is older and has rustic charm, three bedrooms all with queen beds, a queen sofa bed, two full bathrooms and all the comforts of home it sleeps 8 very comfortably. Each townhouse has two bedrooms with queen beds, a queen sofa bed and two bathrooms and each town house sleeps 6 comfortably. Apartment is loft like, has full kitchen, a queen bed and a queen sofa bed to sleep 4 comfortably, apartment does not have any view of ocean.

The beach house and two town houses are appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including full kitchens (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, wifi, two televisions (one in living area, one in the main bedroom). There is also a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and we keep on hand various condiments for your use. Also have a new washer a dryer on the property for your use. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as well.

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our adirondack chairs.

All events must have prior approval and event fee must be paid in advance.

Our 1.2 acre Property has no neighbors to north which is a state protected natural space.

Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water.

Publix grocery store five to seven minute drive north along highway A1A. Easy day trips to Orlando and NASA from here.
