The Space:

BlueView Paradise features three adjoining oceanfront units — South, Central, and North — which can be rented together to create one spacious beachfront home. When combined, the property offers generous sleeping arrangements, multiple kitchens and living areas, and direct access to a private stretch of beach, making it ideal for multi-family vacations, reunions, retreats, and groups of up to 25 guests.

Property Features

-The full property sleeps up to 25 guests comfortably.

-Six bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms.

-Three additional full bathrooms are located on the first floors.

-Two bedrooms plus the futon sleeping area are located on the first floors, offering easy access for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including all three connected units — South, Central, and North. Your group will enjoy full use of 8 bedrooms plus an additional futon sleeping area, 9 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, and three fully equipped kitchens located on the first floor of each unit.



Each unit features its own spacious second-floor deck with ocean views, offering plenty of outdoor space for relaxing or gathering together. The property also includes a private beach area just steps from the back doors, providing effortless access to the sand and shoreline.



On-site parking is available, and entry to each unit is secured with smart locks. Personalized access codes will be provided prior to check-in for a smooth and easy arrival.

Other Things to Note:

Your reservation includes private access to the entire home, consisting of all three units — South, Central, and North. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for all guests and neighbors, please review the following important policies:



Guest Count & Visitors

-The property allows a maximum of 25 people total, including day visitors.

-Your reservation includes up to 16 registered overnight guests.

-Any additional guests — day visitors or overnight — will be charged $50 per person and must be approved in advance.

-Only registered guests are permitted on the property.



Events & Gatherings

-Small, pre-approved gatherings within the 25-person maximum may be permitted with prior written approval.

-If you are planning an event with more than 25 people, please contact us with full details before confirming your booking. Approval is required.

-Unauthorized events or parties are strictly prohibited.

-Any unapproved gathering, party, or event will result in a $2,000 fine, immediate removal from the property, and forfeiture of the reservation.



Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.



Pet Policy

-Up to 6 dogs are allowed when renting the full property.

-The pet fee is $100 per dog, due before arrival.

-All dogs must be registered in advance.

-Unregistered dogs will incur a $250 fine per dog.



Smoking Policy

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and around any exterior entrances or doorways.

-Smoke odor inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee.



Environmental & Coastal Guidelines

-Keep all exterior doors closed to prevent salt-air damage.

-Do not walk on the dunes; they are protected and essential for erosion control.

-During sea turtle nesting season (March–October), minimize outdoor lighting, remove beach items before sunset, and fill all holes in the sand.

-Guests renting the entire home enjoy private use of:

-All seating areas, grills, and outdoor games

Maintenance & Cleanliness

-Please leave the home in reasonable condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
