"Det var virkelig et skønt ophold på 14 dage. Vi havde det dejligste værelse med udsigt til skov og strand. Det var dejlig privat på altanen, da der ingen indkig var fra hverken naboer eller gående. Buffeten både morgen og aften, kunne dog godt forbedres, men personalet var hjælpsomme og venlige. Alt i alt en rigtig god ferie oplevelse."
"The hotel is fine - I would say average 4 star. My complaint goes entirely to Hotels.com customer service.
We booked 8 nights for 2 adults and 1 child including half board. Upon arrival the half board is only for adults even the confirmation does not state otherwise. I then contacted customer service which said it was hotel policy and sensed me a screenshot from website as proof. However when you navigate to the website this policy is no longer written there - it might have been at some point...
"The fist day we arrived and the bedsheets had blood on them, we asked the staff to clean when we went out, arrived later that night, they had changed the bedsheets, but there was no hot water and there was no one at the reception that night to help, they have 2 emergency numbers no one answered both of them, we went to sleep without showering, in the morning when we called reception they told us to turn the hot water on and wait FIFTHTEEN TO TWENTY MINUTES!!!
