Holiday Apartment "Bodensee" with Terrace, Shared Garden & Swimming Pond

Between the Danube River and Lake Constance, the bright, spacious apartment Bodensee is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. Located on the ground floor of a 3-storey house, the modern, 100 m2 apartment consists of a living/dining room with a large sofa bed for 2 people, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and a WC). The property can therefore accommodate 4-6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer. A baby bed, a highchair and children’s books and toys as well as a playground on the property make this accommodation particularly child-friendly. Furthermore, the private open terrace (45 m2), which is accessible from all rooms, invites you to enjoy some relaxing hours. In the beautiful shared garden you will find a swimming pond where you cool down and unwind at the end of the day. From the kitchen you have a view of the “Imperia”, giving you a first taste of Constance.

In under 4 minutes on foot you will reach the 2 closests restaurants and in approximately 20 minutes walking the centre of Meßkirch with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Furthermore, the bathing beach in the beautiful lakeside town of Ludwigshafen is a 27-minute drive away.

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

A charging station for electric cars and e-bikes is available. In addition, two e-bikes can be rented.

The infrared sauna house is available for use by all guests (not included in the accommodation price).
