Outside, you will enjoy a garden of 1300m2, facing south, a heated swimming pool, treated with salt and without vis-à-vis, a large shaded terrace and a gas barbecue. The garden also offers a petaque court for moments of sharing and relaxation. The private parking lot can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

Ideally located, the house allows you to discover the Gard region, the Cévennes, Uzès, Anduze, the famous Pont du Gard or the charming surrounding villages.
