The apartment is ideally located on a sunny hillside in the outskirts of the elegant lakeside town of Meina, and is just a short, 7-minute drive from the shores of Lake Maggiore, Spiaggia sul lago Maggiore, Museo Meina, Meina Beach Club and Lido Di Meina. Known as the village of villas, Meina is also home to the opulent Villa Eden and Villa Faragiana, which are both open to the public with formal gardens to enjoy. Both are also approximately a 7-minute drive away. Guests can also head to the scenic lakeside promenade, Lungolago, for leisurely lakeside walks.

Guests can also enjoy golfing nearby at Golf des Les Borromees and Golf dei Laghi (both a 15-20 minute drive).
