It's that special Megève soul, which this year inspired the TV series “Emily in Paris” to film its new season here.

Located less than 5' walk from the Mont d'Arbois ski slopes and golf course or the Four seasons Spa.

It has 4 en suite bedrooms, each with a TV and a bathroom or shower room, 4 WCs, a ski-room, a sauna, a laundry room and a garage. The 1st Master is on the top floor (with an unobstructed view of the Rochebrune slopes) and the 2nd Master is on the ground floor (with direct access to the Rochebrune garden).

It offers a large living/dining/kitchen area, a fireplace, a magnificent garden, beautiful terraces and an indoor garage communicating directly with the chalet. Bright and airy, it enjoys a sublime view of Rochebrune and its ski slopes.

During construction, every piece of wood (beams, doors, staircases...) was carefully salvaged from old farmhouses to give this chalet an unparalleled cachet.



The chalet is divided over 3 floors:


- Ground floor: a 1st master suite opening onto the garden, 2 WCs, ample storage space, a ski-room (with automatic heating for ski boots), a sauna, a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, sink and iron), and a covered garage. The garage communicates with the interior of the chalet and is accessible from the outside via an automatic door and a pedestrian entrance. 1 vehicle can be easily parked here, 1 other vehicle can be parked outside (next to the garage entrance) and numerous free parking spaces are also available at the foot of the chalet.



-1st floor: Entrance into a large, bright living/dining/kitchen area with large windows, opening onto a terrace (with outdoor dining area) and garden. 2 en suite bedrooms (1 with balcony), each with its own bathroom. 1 guest WC.

The living room has a large fireplace, comfortable sofas, a large TV (Smart Tv) and a Devialet audio system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge fridge/freezer, a Godin kitchen piano (with 2 oven compartments, 3 gas fires, 1 electric and 1 plancha), a washing machine, a dishwasher (Miele) and all the necessary small appliances (Nespresso, microwave, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, etc.).



-2nd floor: This floor is dedicated to the 2nd Master suite. This one boasts very high ceilings, its own furnished terrace with a panoramic view of Rochebrune, its TV (equipped with an electric arm), ample storage space, a safe, its magnificent bathroom (large corner bathtub) and a WC.
