Featuring an elevator serving all floors, it enjoys a prime location close to the ski slopes and Megève's finest spots.

With its terrace, balcony, and garden, the chalet comprises:

- a spacious, comfortable living room with a fireplace, opening onto the terrace,
- a welcoming dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a king-size bed, opening onto the balcony,
- a bedroom with a king-size bed, opening onto the garden,
- two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bedroom with a king-size bed that can also serve as an office,
- five en-suite bathrooms (equipped with four bathtubs and two showers, plus toilets),
- a sauna for relaxing after a day in the mountains,
- a workspace/office,
- a barbecue for enjoying sunny days,
- a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and iron,
- a TV (satellite/cable channels), DVD player, and Wi-Fi,
- games for all ages, books, and children's books,
- radiators, central heating, and a smoke detector.

The chalet has ski-in/ski-out access, allowing you to directly reach the slopes from the chalet and return on skis after your days in the mountains. It also has a private garage that can accommodate up to three cars, as well as a ski-room to store your equipment with ease.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

- Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 44e

Sallanches – Combloux – Megève station: approximately 20–30 minutes by car.

By plane:
