When we got there, the room was dirty and the drying rack was taking the whole space on the balcony, so it was not possible to use it. The bed was very hard, and the pictures dont match the room. We had to buy our own toilet paper as well. The apartment buildings were very nice and its a nice area if you want some peace from the citynoice."

"This was a very nice place to stay. Grab picked us up within one minute everyday. The apartment was very clean and cozy with two large beds and two full bathrooms. " This is an outstanding hotel. Without exception the staff were absolutely wonderful - couldn’t be more helpful and friendly from start to finish. The accommodation was fantastic too and our bed was so comfortable we were reluctant to leave it! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and the location was also superb as it’s so central and part of the lovely Old Quarter of Hanoi.
We will definitely stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future. Meanwhile will recommend to all our friends and family."

"Vi fik et fint og rummeligt værelse. Sengens madras er lidt til den hårde side, men stadig konfortabel. Aircondition fungerede perfekt. Værelset fremstod rent og velholdt, med undtagelse af afløbet i brusekabinen, der stoppede ret hurtigt til.
Pool på taget er ikke særlig stor og der er kun plads til 6 liggende gæster, men den fungerer til en hurtig dukkert.
Morgenmaden var rigtig god og der var et fint udvalg af mad, frugt plus de søde sager.
