From the balconies, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view, while the carefully selected details, high-quality materials, and contemporary interior create an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area with a long table perfect for shared meals. This level also includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional bathroom in the hallway.The first floor features a game and entertainment room equipped with table football, billiards, and a PlayStation 5 console – perfect for fun and socializing. On the same floor, there are also four bedrooms and two bathrooms.The second and third floors each include six bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a total of 18 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, and some are equipped with TVs for added comfort and privacy. Additional guests can stay on large sofa beds or extra beds.A special highlight of the villa is the large 78 m² outdoor pool with an integrated jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
