Access to the house is without stairs, one bedroom is located on the ground floor and is suitable for people with mobility difficulties. In two rooms, single beds can be joined into a double bed (one room has beds 2 * 90cm wide and the other room 2 * 120cm). From the villa to the beach there is a few minutes walk (approx. 500m). A few hundred meters there is a shop, bakery, gym, restaurants and bars. Boats or pedal boats can be rented. On the beach there is a rubber water park for the entertainment of the youngest and devices for outdoor exercise.
