The villa is at Cape Kamenjak, the southernmost tip of the peninsula, 300 metres from the centre and 150 metres from the sea. The area is quiet, there is no traffic at all and you have beautiful views to the sea and the islands of Premantura bay. A top location, also because the house is facing south and you have sun all day long. Just listen to the sounds of the waves and the birds.
The pool (8 x 4m) in the outdoor area has a sea view on all sides. Enjoy life on the terrace, in the sun on your garden chairs or the loungers, and make yourselves comfortable. Enjoy the unique front line sea views of the protected natural landscape Kamenjak with the bays. The pool area is surrounded by a garden with olive and palm trees. A barbecue is also available. In front of the house there is private parking for six cars.
It is a modern, spacious villa built in 2015 with a size of 500 m² on three similar floors. On every floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are eight bedrooms and also a sofa bed and a baby cot. All bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. Six modern bathrooms assure a comfortable start into the day. The house is fully air conditioned and offers free internet connection.
The sea is 150 metres away and it is just a few hundred metres to the nature reserve. Cape Kamenjak is the southernmost tip of the peninsula. It provides 30km of wonderful beach, ideal for nature lovers. The town centre with restaurants and shops is 300 metres away. It is 15km to the airport. Due to its location the house is not far from the sea, the town center, restaurants and bars. Possible activities include kayaking, boat tours, surfing, kite surfing, jet ski, paragliding, playing tennis or cycling. Several mounain bike single tracks just in front of the door.
