Here are rented 2 apartments for 4 persons. The apartments have Wi-Fi Internet, private parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine (shared), heating, baby cot, a kitchen and a private bathroom.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT
This holiday apartment is on the first floor and is ideal for 3 people. Apartment size is 59 m². It is possible to accommodate one more person in consultation with the owner. The apartment consists of a spacious hallway that leads to all rooms in the apartment. It is equipped with a chest of drawers with a mirror, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony for drying clothes. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160/200 cm, a single bed 90/200 cm, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and a mirror. From the room you can access the balcony with outdoor seating and a view of the entrance to the villa's park full of blossoming trees and seasonal flowers.
The living room consists of a living room with bed / sofa size 80/200 cm, table with 4 chairs, sideboard with satellite TV. In addition, it is possible to put an extra bed of 80/200 cm. In the working part of the living room there is a kitchen with a stove with 2 gas and electric stoves, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker for German guests, express coffee for Italian guests. From the living room you can reach the covered terrace with garden furniture for 4 people, where you can dine whatever the weather. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the villa's park.
The bathroom is specially designed. Under the sloping roof there is a bathroom with shower, shelves for towels, dressing area with built-in washbasin, bidet and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The price includes cooling (air conditioning), gas heating with radiators, unlimited wireless internet, bed linen (changed once in 7 days), towels (three per person, changed every three days), tablecloths, tea towels. For starters, we have secured all the necessary detergents and shampoos for hygiene, toilet paper. The apartment is perfectly clean and disinfected, especially with steam cleaners for a higher level of hygiene. The use of a washing machine is possible in agreement with the owner, all this in a part of a villa that is equipped with a washing machine. A one-off registration fee of €5/person is payable on arrival.
