PROPERTY RULES:

1) Each guest must be registered and must show his Identity or Passport document at the building`s entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING A NOTARIZED PERMITION.
3)The use of the unit is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed.
4) Any damage caused to the unit or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed asap.
5) In case of fire, evacuate the property.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the unit, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items in the lobby.

11) Every time you leave the unit, turn off lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Visitors are allowed. Each visitor has an extra cost of 15usd per guest per nigth, is a visitor if the person is not registered as a guest previous check in.
13)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
14) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the unit, we ask to close locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and common areas.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please give the keys to pur host in the lobby.
