Suite 204 is a loft-style design that optimizes every square meter with a modern industrial-chic style. It's ideal for travelers seeking comfort and functionality in a minimalist setting.



• Two-level layout: The space features a ground floor for daily activities and a cozy loft for relaxation.



• Sleeping area (Loft): Ascending the metal staircase, you'll find a comfortable bed with a padded headboard, neutral-toned linens, and a strategically placed Smart TV for viewing from bed. LG air conditioning ensures a perfect climate.



• Social and work area: On the main floor, a wooden table with modern chairs is perfect for breakfast or working on your computer. The decor is understated, highlighted by a Buddha painting that adds serenity.



• Modern bathroom: An immaculate space with earth-toned finishes, a rain shower enclosed in tempered glass, a tankless water heater, and a floating vanity with storage space. • Extras: Includes iron, high-quality white towels and excellent natural lighting filtered through frosted windows that protect your privacy.



Guest Access:

Once you have entered the building through the main entrance, please follow these directions to reach your accommodation:



Stairs: Upon opening the door, you will find the stairs.



Floor: You must go up to the second (2nd) floor.



Suite Location: Upon entering the second floor, you will find the door on your right at the end of the hallway.



Identification: Each suite is numbered so you can easily identify the space you have rented.

You're in the vibrant heart of Medellín. El Poblado is famous for its unique blend of lush vegetation and modern urban design.



• Nightlife and Dining: Just steps away, you'll find the city's best restaurants, specialty coffee shops, and bars (especially in the Provenza and Parque Lleras area).



• Vibe: This is a safe, walkable, and very international neighborhood. You'll see giant trees and natural streams winding between modern buildings.



• Shopping: Close to boutiques by local designers and just minutes from major shopping malls like El Tesoro and Santafé.

• On foot: You are in the most walkable part of the city. Calle 10 and Provenza are safe and vibrant areas to explore by walking.

• Metro: The Poblado Station is about a 10-15 minute walk downhill along Calle 10. It’s the most efficient way to reach Downtown or Comuna 13.

• Ride-sharing: Uber, Cabify, and Didi work great here. They are the most comfortable and recommended options, especially at night.

• Taxis: Yellow taxis are everywhere. Make sure they use the meter ("taxímetro") or agree on a price before starting the trip.

• Golden Rule: In Colombia, we say "No dar papaya" (don't give a reason/opportunity). Basically, keep your valuables out of sight in public.

• Areas: Stick to well-lit and busy streets. Calle 10 is always active, which adds to the safety of the area.

• Belongings: In crowded places or on the Metro, keep your bag in front of you and be mindful of your phone.

Identity Registration: It is mandatory to complete the registration via the Digitra platform by uploading your ID/Passport. Access instructions will not be provided until this is completed.



Electronic Invoicing: We are a legally registered company. We will issue an Electronic Invoice for your stay. Your ID details are strictly required for this legal purpose.
