"We stayed here while we were supporting my mother during a hospital stay. The home was exactly what we needed - close to Duke hospital and to downtown Durham, great outdoor space, quiet neighborhood. Very much enjoyed the space."

"Everything was spot less and the house was in a great quiet area. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. Directions and instructions were easy and very clear. Would definitely rent again if inwas in the area. "

"This house is very cute decorated and provided nice extras. We had plenty of towels and sheets as well as little snacks and coffee pods games etc. The beds are comfy and it’s very close to casino however We definitely did not feel comfortable walking there especially at night o we the train tracks. Uber was only 8 so no problem We had a great stay "

"The house is a beautifully renovated 1950s farm house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. "

"My daughter, my grandson and myself stayed for 9 days at this property. The house is beautiful, well kept, and very well stocked. We were in Durham for my grand baby's radiation treatments, we are familiar with the area because of our frequent trips to Duke and the proximity to the hospital was ideal for us. We felt safe here and the neighborhood is quiet. "
