Upper Silver Lake, Beautiful 5 Bedroom Lake Front Log Cabin Style Home

Northern Oasis is a cabin style home located on beautiful Upper Silver Lake. Upper Silver Lake is an All-Sports Lake. Boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming are all very popular on Upper Silver Lake. Northern Oasis is located on a prime area on both the lake and the canal. There is a total of 135 feet of frontage on the lake and the canal. Upper Silver Lake does have a private boat launch available if you want to bring your own boat or water toys with you. You can park them right out in front by the sea wall.

The home has 4 bedrooms plus a Master bedroom (5 Bedrooms total) with a balcony overlooking the lake. There is a large well stocked kitchen and a dining room with a wood burning fireplace. The dining room table will comfortably seat 12. The living room has 2 sofa / sleepers and 2 love seats. The living room opens into an expansive sunroom with extra living and dining space. The sunroom offers a beautiful view of the lake and island. There are screens on all windows and sliders. There is a table with umbrella and chairs as well as lounge chairs on the deck by the canal. There is also a private sandy beach area with a 2-foot sea wall for sand lovers.

There is a Shuffleboard court. The equipment for the Shuffleboard is in the garage.

There is a 2-car garage with 6 parking spaces (2 in the garage and 4 in driveway in front of the garage). There is no parking allowed on the street.

There is a charcoal grill in the garage for your convenience. You will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

There is a fire pit located on the sun deck. You will need to provide your own firewood.

You will never run out of things to do in the Silver Lake area. It is just a short drive to the beautiful sand dunes, Lake Michigan, Little Sable Point Lighthouse and the towns of Pentwater and Ludington. There are several wineries in the area that offer tours.

Upper Silver Lake is an All Sports Lake and does have a NO WAKE requirement before 11:00 AM and after 7:00 PM.

Linens are provided however you do need to bring your own Beach Towels.

A refundable security/damage deposit of $500.00 is required.

Check in time is 4:30 PM and check out is 10:00 AM

50% is due with booking and balance is due 60 days prior to stay.

50 % refund more than 30 days notice.

No pets allowed. No Smoking on the Premises. From Memorial Day through Labor Day we only rent weekly - Friday to Friday.
