"Clean and updated rooms. Great staff! We love our stays here!"

"The staff was very kind and helpful. My mother came to visit me on the island but she needs a walker to get around and could not go up the steps at my home. I booked a room at the Islander for my mother and sister. I requested a handicap that faced the ocean, there were none. I booked the last room with 2 beds that faced the ocean it was in the 7th building the furthest from the elevator. When we checked in Lori the desk clerk I had spoken to had placed my mother in the 2nd build on the 2nd...

"Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!"

"Very friendly staff"

"The beach view was perfect. Not a long walk at all to the beach. Nice clean rooms too. Staff was wonderful. We'll definitely be back."

"There was a couple of big roaches we saw but otherwise it was a very good time"

"Location at the beach was perfect, and staff friendly. thats the only good thing to say. Remaining were just scruffy, old and just..... not nice. "

"Activities director a lot of fun…"

"First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!"

"We've stayed at NB several times and love it. It is always top notch even in the middle of construction!"

"We stayed for one night it was an easy check in the rooms are really big but the deck outside needed a facelift and I see that they are doing work and I hope that they'll work on the balconies that's the only complaint"
