"We arrived at 3 am and we were traveling with kids. We called twice to make sure the rooms would be ready with ekstra beds for the kids. But nothing was ready and we had to wait an hour before the beds were ready. The service in the reception wasnt good. The guys at the restaurant and at the pool were nice and friendly.
