My stay was a Thursday - Sunday for a special event in town. I had little contact with staff. They were all nice. There was a creepy middle aged guy chatting on his cell phone in the lobby that I tagged as the owner. At least he looked the part as someone who really didn't care about customer service and pride in running a good motel. The furniture, fixtures and A/C unit are old, worn, ugly and falling apart. No breakfast, no mini store, no maid service until after day 6 of a stay, no pool, no outdoor seating, There was visible trash in the landscape rocks. I had to walk across the parking lot to the maid service room to get a tissue box refill on my first day. It has one tissue in it on my first day. It is a low grade motel with little to no love put into it by the owners. If you are looking for a cheap place to overnight at, this place will suite. If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy hanging out at and enjoy some luxury, this is not the place for you. I will spend a little extra money for better service and nicer facilities.

The biggest things I didn’t like were the type of people hanging around the property. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get a sample size of conditioner for my room after complaining to the front office that both rooms had empty conditioner dispensers. Dispensers for the soaps were cheap and barely hanging on the wall. The shower was hard to turn on and had to take force. I will be looking for other hotels in the area if I visit the area again.

Cheapest motel in McMinnville, pretty basic, but with a very nice front desk staff. Room is clean but mine had an ant infestation. Well-located on the main drag, best if you just plan to sleep there. Don't confuse with the Best Western McMinnville Inn, which is pricier.

My room had tons of ants throughout the room. I came home with ants in my luggage, toiletry bag and computer bag. I would never stay here again.

You get what you pay for. There's nothing fancy or luxurious about this place. The room was super dark evennwith all if the lights turned on. There was quite a few strands of long black hair and dark black stains on the bed. We are all blonde. The room was super hot when we got in so we needed to air it out with the door open for awhile before it started to cool down. Theres no breakfast but theres a lot of restaurants near by. Our room had a lot of road noise since it was a corner unit by 2 busy roads. The mini fridge in the room was more of a freezer. It frove everything we put in there. There was no way for us to adjust the setting. Overall we didnt spend much time in the room so it wasnt a huge deal.

Either the toilet leaked or there was too much condensation in the room as the bathroom floor was wet and condensation on the toilet. There is no bathroom fan and because of "Covid", the room was not serviced during my stay. Found long black hairs on the bath tub and on the coffee cup

My sister came into town with our families. My sister rented a big house for the gathering after my mom passed away. I reserved this room for a place to only sleep because of the ice storm. When we weren’t sleeping we were at the gathering house. We checked in. Unloaded the car and left to see my sister. We came back right before 10 pm. We when to the bathroom and there were tons of ants in the sink.
