NEIGHBORHOOD RULES

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may include full-time residents, such as families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes who enjoy their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community

Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

All tires must be off the roadway.



DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per the Rockingham County ordinance

Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rule violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive

NOTE: Buses, campers, and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay

You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended

Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area

DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property

Additional information

This 2-story home requires steps to enter. While 4 bedrooms and a living area are located on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs.



The seasonal community pool is available for an additional $8 /day during weekdays and $10/person on weekends, subject to capacity limits. The pool fee can be paid on-site. Please remember to bring the home's pool pass with you when you go to the seasonal community pool. Pool available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.



The twin rollaway bed is located in the downstairs bedroom closet



Security camera information:

Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located at the main door, facing outward toward the front entrance and driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.



Parking

7 vehicles can be parked in the driveway

Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. All car tires must be off the road.



Guest Access:

Self check-in. A code will be shared with you 2-3 days prior to your arrival.

Level 2 EV Charger is available for charging your EV (compatible with EVs that use J1772 charger).
