New 6 bedroom Massanutten home with 3 king beds steps from all the attractions

Spacious and newly painted decorated home with mountain views perfect for a launching point to enjoy all of Massanutten resort activities. Enjoy the modern kitchen, relax on one of the 3 decks, or walk to nearby fishing pond, golf course, and ice rink. Ski resort and tubing are around the corner and enjoy the gorgeous views of the slope from the home.

Enjoy privacy -- Home backs up to the National Forest and provided ample privacy for a peaceful mountain stay.

Plenty of room -- With 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms there is ample room for a great family stay.

UPPER LEVEL - The three upper level bedrooms each have large king size beds with brand new luxurious and cozy bedding. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom. There is another full bathroom with an extra room with a sink.

Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, all new appliances., Keurig and coffee maker, waffle maker, all new dishware, cookware, etc.

Outdoor space with gas grill on back deck.

A large great room with 75 inch TV is great to gather and enjoy. A modern kitchen has everything you need.

LOWER LEVEL -- A large family room with 65 inch TV, football table, air hockey table.

There are 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a second vanity located on the lower level. One bedroom has 2 queen beds. Another bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunk bed. The last bedroom has a queen bed. Our home is steps away from most of Massanutten main attractions- golf, skiing, tubing, zip line, bumper cars, mini-golf, water park, pool -- as well as beautiful hiking and biking trails. A fishing pond and family park with playground in just down the street from the home. Our home is located on the mountain so the driveway is uphill. You can have 3-4 cars on the driveway. There is street parking right in front of the home. Please make sure you park inside the white lines

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday weekend - we were a party of 9 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. At the same time, the house felt cozy which was perfect with the onset of winter weather. Our hosts were wonderful and responsive; they even checked on us given the snow/ice storm that was due to hit the resort area the weekend we were staying. Other reviews mention the steepness of the driveway, but there are parking pads along the street which worked just fine for us (we had four vehicles). Thanks for a great stay - we’ll be back!

Extreme angled driveway slope

We were not informed per listing instructions about the sharp severe angle at the bottom of the driveway and could not get our church van up driveway. Almost got stuck. The incline was not the issue. It was the angle leading to the slope. Property owner was not helpful when we messaged. The only response was park on the shoulder with tires off pavement, but the nearest parking that was suitable enough without a large ditch was several hundred yards down the mountain.

Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. What a beautiful home! So many amenities. A perfect stay for our family from 2 to 70 years old. It was the perfect setting to spend a wonderful summer vacation. We will be back.

Family Vacation at Massnutten Resort

Beautiful Large home, fully equipped, clean and as represented in VRBO.But, there were two bonuses we didnt know til we arrived...The house is part of a large complex with all kinds of family adventure opportunities, including a free pool pass! Kids fished in local pond too!The neighborhoods were beautiful too.Highly recommend the home and the area!

Spacious vacation rental

Perfect home for a family gathering with 15 people. Family/dining room made for an ideal gathering area where everyone could catch-up and hang out. Bottom level with a pool table was another good place to hang out. Outdoor decks were also ideal places to relax. Numerous bedrooms and large beds were great for adults. Steep driveway but we were able to park 4 cars by the house and another 2 by the road (park on the same side as the house). Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Weekend Escape

Our trip was 3 families coming together to celebrate birthdays with teen snowboarders and little snow tubers, and this was the perfect location to visit with our college kids, too! Paige and Wes' home was absolutely perfect for our group. The teens loved being downstairs in their own space with 3 bedrooms, a pool table, provided board games, and a big TV. For the adults, 3 bedrooms upstairs, a huge dining table and couch for gathering, and a well-stocked kitchen made the weekend so easy and relaxing. The decor is dark and cozy, making the large spaces feel intimate. There are great porches/decks that would be so enjoyable in mild weather! We hit the slopes and then came back to this comfortable, cozy home to crash on the oversized couch and watch movies. The driveway is steep and not for the faint of heart. It can fit up to 4 vehicles but is a steep climb. We ended up leaving a couple of vehicles parked in the resort's public lots and shuttling, which worked out fine for our stay.We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Paige and Wes, for a wonderful weekend creating memories!

Large house close to ski area

Wonderful house for large group. We had our annual family/friends ski trip and this house was perfect. Close to slopes, plenty of rooms, game tables for kids to play on, and the views from the decks are nice. The owner was great with communication and would answer very quickly. Check in was very simple and no problems at all. I would highly recommend staying here and we will probably be staying again.

Annual Thanksgiving Family getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay at your property and thank you. We always have a wonderful time coming together as three generations getting a chance to rejuvenate with love. Overall the property was able to accommodate us without any major issues. I must note that parking on the steep hill did not stop us from enjoying the vacay not one bit, we just left one car on the side street, which made it easier to make trash/store runs. I believe the only consistent complaint was that the heat in the upstairs bedrooms were non existent however there were plenty of blankets to compensate and at times you could find yourself sweating profusely. Once again we were thankful to be together and your property gave us a chance to do that under one roof.

Nice home in a pretty location

Stayed here for a reunion. Bedrooms as advertised, dining table nice for games and meals. Living room comfortable for relaxing and socializing. Note - Driveway VERY steep. General area very hilly. Host very responsive and helpful.

Parents Weekend Paradise

Wonderful location in the heart of Massanutten. Perfect size 6 bedroom home with plenty of dining and lounging space for a long weekend. This location may be tight for some if staying for an extended period (or if you struggle hanging with the in-laws), but it has everything you need to make the weekend memorable. Includes a nice back deck with fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grill. Lower level has a pool table and foos-ball table. Laundry room available to use as well. 25 minutes from Harrisonburg and JMU. Definitely a location we will consider in the future.

Great 3 generation family locale

We had an awesome experience staying in Paige and Wes’ property(ies). Despite having the AC unit break on the hottest week of the year, the owners quickly arranged for us to move to another of their rentals. Both homes were beautifully decorated and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the space clean. The owners were prompt in responding to our queries during the booking process. More importantly, they worked speedily to remediate the AC problem. We often stay at vacation homes and these owners and their properties at Massanutten are A1!!

Nice family vacation house

Our family met here for a nice long weekend - enjoyed both outdoor adventures and time to chill in the house. The big dining table and big living room couch were great for our needs. I liked having *plenty* of bath & hand towels on hand to keep things comfortable. Everything was set up well for a house full of 12-16 people. Yes, the steep driveway felt like an adventure, but it worked out fine!

Perfect home for JMU Graduation Weekend

We had a wonderful stay here for our daughter's JMU Graduation in May. We have a big family and this home fit all our needs. It was very spacious and clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large dining area. The owners graciously accommodated a late checkout so we could enjoy a Mother's Day brunch! Would highly recommend!

Family Get Away

This house was absolutely amazing. I could not say one negitive thing about the trip. We took a family trip to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary. There was plenty of room for our large group, and activities for everyone in and near the house. My husband and I took a beautiful hike just minutes from the house. The owners were the best, and were extremely helpful.

Mountain Family Vacation
