Slopeside Shenanigans is a three-story townhome inside Massanutten Resort — renovated and designed for the way families actually vacation. The open-concept main floor invites everyone in together: oversized seating, a large Smart TV, and glass door that open to the deck and fresh mountain air. It feels immediately like a home rather than a rental — the difference you notice the moment you set down your bags.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cookware and utensils you need for post-ski pasta nights or a slow, unhurried Saturday morning breakfast. A dining table seats the whole group comfortably and the layout flows naturally from cooking to eating to relaxing.

Downstairs, the kids may never want to leave the new bunk room and lounge. Two bunk beds create a sleepover-style mountain hideaway, while oversized lounge chairs, a TV and electric fireplace make it their own spot for movies, games and late-night laughs. It’s especially great for two families traveling together—the kids get a space that feels like theirs, while the adults can relax and reconnect upstairs.

Please note: the bunk area is an open sleeping space and does not have a privacy door.

Three private bedrooms plus a dedicated bunk room comfortably sleep up to ten guests. PARKING
Free parking is available directly in front of the unit — no passes required, no fees, and no distant resort lots to walk from. Two vehicles fit comfortably with additional resort guest parking nearby for larger groups or extra vehicles.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside the property or on the deck. Dogs welcome — keep pets off furniture and do not leave them unattended indoors. Hot tub available year-round; rinse before entering and follow posted guidelines. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Please leave the home in good order — dishes done, trash bagged, furniture in place. Early check-in or late checkout may be available on request — just ask.
