The home was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable - exactly what we had hoped for. Unfortunately, the management company (ERA) was completely unresponsive when issues arose, which made our stay unpleasant. Before checkin, I asked if we could extend our checkout and I would pay for an additional hour from (10-11) so we could enjoy leisurely breakfast. It is not a busy time of year, yet ERA flatly said no. That set the tone. When we arrived, the fridge was at 67* with no ice, as if it had been turned off. We called right away but never received a response. With a 15-month old's milk to keep cold, this was very concerning. On Saturday, we all sat down to watch football only to find out the owner had canceled the cable. This was NOT noted in the listing. We called and texted ERA more than five times that afternoon and evening with no response.When I called on Monday, they admitted they didn't know the TV was disconnected. When I asked for some compensation, I was told, "it is not our responsibility," and the owner also said no. Well then -who is responsible?Because of the lack of flexibility, communication and accountability from the management company, and the owner not disclosing the TV situation, I cannot give this experience a high rating, even though the home itself was lovely. ERA seems to have a monopoly in this area and don't feel the need to satisfy customers.
