"Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.

"Enjoyed the week no food at the 3Queens but great cafes at walkable reach at good prices. Place very clean towels changed every day and beds made up as well. Enjoyed it(fire alarm one night all evacuation went well,found to be false alarm someone spraying airspray in room. Staff were very good."

"We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. Room as expected was of a similar old theme (given the age of the property) and while pleasant, the en-suite bathroom was a little small for my liking. Ambience in the restaurant on the evening was second to none, and while the service itself was excellent, I hadn’t really appreciated that the half board arrangement was a cash allowance rather than an invitation to pick and choose within reason (until it came to pay the next day !) - my bad perhaps,...

"Fantastic place to stay food fantastic so was stafe and service .rooms maybe a wee bit to warm .also our room was right above a generator but it did settle latter in the night .didnt like the step at the bathroom quite dangerous .alarge mirror in the bathroom would have been Lovley putting all that a side i will be back and i will be recommending it to freinds ."

"Super stay - high quality furnished room, and quiet late on, despite the vibrant atmosphere at the adjoining pub. Only thing I could perhaps find fault with would be the high tog rating for the duvet (which made for a rather warm night !)"

"Very nice place to stay we only had a o ernight stay but got a warm welcome from helpful staff the room was spotless and clean with everyrlthibg in working order the bed made for a good nights sleep and the breakfast was well cooked with a full English and continental buffet 5star all day long and will most definitely be staying again "

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Our large room had a comfy 4 poster bed, table, chairs in the bay window. Bathroom had large fluffy towels, lots of hot water. The views from both windows overlooked the well manicured grounds with benches, fabulous flowers in baskets and trees
Breakfast was tasty with vegetarian options. The Eggs royale was excellent. Inn was clean, tastefully decorated with friendly efficient staff.

"This place isn't a hotel in the traditional sense, more like a bar / restaurant mainly open for 'hotel' guests but don't let that put you off, it's a great place to stay. "Very effective and friendly staff in the reception. Lovely spa and roof top pool. Nice and tasty breakfast.
No laundry service available during weekends. Housekeeping did not replace towels and basics. Bathrobes were worn out (holes).
