On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a fireplace—perfect for relaxing evenings—as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, etc.).



Upstairs, there’s a master bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom for up to 4 guests (2 single beds and a bunk bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.



The house is heated and cooled by a reversible air conditioning system, ensuring comfort all year round. Outside, enjoy a south-facing enclosed garden with outdoor furniture—ideal for al fresco meals, reading, or napping in the shade.
