"The room was small - but cosy in a funny way. The hotel is also a restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The location was the best part of my stay for one night. The surroundings is just amazing - with breathtaking views if the Geneva Lake and the mountains. There is a nice long boardwalk along the lake. There is a huge public parking area just in front of the hotel, BUT NITICE that you have to pay for your parking, and it last for 3 hours each time. If you don't follow...

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help.
