"What we liked: the pool and beach are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and a good size. The staff is very friendly. The food at the pool is surprisingly good. The location is great. The views are beautiful.
What we didn’t like: people “save” all the chairs super early and then disappear all day so there is no one in the chairs but also nowhere to sit. There really aren’t many amenities provided in exchange for your resort fee. Parts of the resort feel a little forgotten. The general...

"We stayed at the Kei lani before and always enjoyed it. Our last trip was good but there was some construction going on and it created a lot of noise in our room. I wish they could have given us a little notice before hand"

"My family and I were thrilled with the property, the rooms, the staff, and the view from the balcony. The kids enjoyed not just the pool on property but also the terrific slide next door at the Hyatt Regency available to guests also.
We would definitely stay here again and also highly recommend the Hyatt Vacation Villas. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
