"The historic property was very cool and neatly modernized. The neighborhood/area was quiet, but not easily walkable to restaurants, shops, or attractions, which was fine. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast or even walk around the property, as we were too busy experiencing other parts of Maui. In retrospect, this probably wasn't the most ideal location or accommodation for our vacation. If looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is the place. However, we spent a great deal of time...

"Property was clean, nicely set up, beautiful setting and views. Our room,1, was spacious with comfortable bed, loveseat and bistro table. The common space, kitchen, living, dining was large and and comfortable. Light breakfast items were good-yogurt, bagels, waffles, eggs, tea, coffee and fruit. It was in an excellent location to get an early start in the Road to Hana, without having to get up too early. I would highly recommend staying here! tea"

"Absolutely beautiful place in a prime location! We feel we really lucked out finding Eva's B&B at the last minute of booking our first trip, but definitely not the last, to Maui. Eva is a wonderfully gracious and accommodating hostess. Truly she is beautiful inside and out and embodies what we learned is the aloha spirit!! Mahalo 💖🌺"

"Gorgeous setting, short walk to the waterfall. Sitting on the front porch was like sitting in the rain forest. It was relaxing sitting in the hot tube watching the clouds cover the mountain peaks. The kitchen and bathroon vaniy weren't new and modern but that make it all the more authentic for a cottage. Great place to stay."

"This was a great location and stay for the one night we needed to begin our road to Hana trip. The shared kitchen provided a convenient area for coffee and a light breakfast. There were a decent amount of bugs/spiders in the bedroom and bathroom, and lizards in the kitchen area, but I guess that's to be expected for this area. We had dropped an airpod in the driveway and the host was kind enough to message us and arrange for us to pick it up on the way back from Hana. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"We feel really lucky to have found this location in Upcountry Kula. The lanais provided excellent viewing of both Haleakala and the West Maui mountains. Cool nights and ease of access to all of the surrounding towns and sightseeing opportunities made this a most enjoyable visit for us. To top it off, Steve and Diane were the most wonderful hosts as well as a wealth of information for all things Maui. We would absolutely stay with them again given the opportunity."
