Soléa is a 40m2 apartment with a bedroom on the first floor. Large and spacious living room with a soft and comfortable sofa opening onto a deep terrace for a living area of 22 m2. A bedroom with beautiful dimensions with Queen Size beds (160x200) for greater comfort. Beautiful wardrobes. Italian-style bathroom.

Equipped kitchen with carefully chosen materials, ceramic glass hob, refrigerator, freezer, large capacity dishwasher, oven, microwave, numerous kitchen utensils.

The beach is just steps away. You might be the first in the morning on the beach to paddle, go swimming or the last in the evening to lounge on the beach just for yourself, as the house is right behind you, just a few steps away.
