"We would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues prevented us from having the experience we expected from a 4-star establishment. Klaus Room: • The sheets were damp, and hot water heatet was not working upon arrival. Bo Room • The toilet door could not be closed; although the reception eventually fixed this, it should not have been an issue in the first place. • The showerhead was not functioning correctly, and the shower cabin was of very poor standard. • Our room was missing a luggage rack, which made the stay less comfortable. Restaurant (Dinner): • Extremely loud music made it impossible to have a proper conversation. • Despite having booked a table in advance, the staff were not prepared for our arrival. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we were only given two menus for four people and had to ask for more. • The candle on our table was not lit. • The waiters appeared inattentive and unprofessional, with some walking around with their hands in their pockets. • We had purchased two bottles of wine, but when one of our guests ordered an additional glass of wine, it took 15 minutes to be served. • Overall, the level of service in the restaurant was extremely poor and far below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast: On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and professional. Summary: Unfortunately disappointing"

"Dejligt hotel med fint værelse og altan. Sødt og venligt personale. Dejlig morgenmad hvor der var hvad der skulle være. God mad i hotellets restaurant. Fin rengøring. Ro og afslapning ved pool området. "

"Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming – always kind and attentive. The hotel’s indoor and outdoor areas were beautiful and spotless. Every time we encountered the staff, they greeted us with a smile and were ready to assist with anything we needed. The only minor downside was that the lunch menu in the bar/restaurant was quite limited, which meant we often had to go out to find something a bit more exciting. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay <3 "

"Spise muligheder omkring hotellet er der absolut mangelfuld. Hotellet tager 3x så meget for kaffe i forhold til gaden. Personalet farvoriceres deres egne lands mænd, hunde hænger på armen indover morgen buffen så kom tidligt. Vi fik på 2 dagen endelig vores forudbetalte balkon men desværre blev den overskidt af duer så total uanvendelig. Ekspedia gjorde hvad de kunne men receptionen forstod ikke vores problem. Vi lejede bil igennem hotellet og det fungerede perfekt. Bade forhold fine. Men ik for børn"

"Very pleasant stay. Beautiful hotel, great location a bit of the most busy tourist ares while within walking distance of everything. The beach is 20 meters away and not packed. This hotel is also positioned in an area dominated by locals. Great oldstyle rooms with amazing rooftop restaurant. Staff lovely too!"

"Perfekt start. Everybody is so Nice and helpfull The only thing is , that its placed Way too far from the center of Catania. Takes 2 House, by bus So perfekt hotel og you have rented a car and the best wiev in town"

"Fint hotel med fin beliggenhed og god udsigt. Personalet i receptionen virkede let arrogante og nedladende. Poolen er kun åbent i et meget begrænset tidsrum, hvilket er meget ærgerligt. Morgenmaden er fin. Restauranten om aftenen laver god mad, men service og atmosfære er der ikke meget af. Dertil er det også halvdyrt."
