"Stayed at Hotel Chesa Valese for 5 nights recently and overall had a very good experience. There was a mix-up with the pickup time at first, but the staff were great and made up for it, so no complaints there. We ended up with what seemed like a bigger, more spacious room with loads of storage, and even a partial view of the Matterhorn tip, which was a nice surprise.
Only issue in the room was with the plug sockets. All of them were Swiss three-pin. I brought standard EU two-pin plugs which...

There was a mix-up with the pickup time at first, but the staff were great and made up for it, so no complaints there. I will tip my hat to the staff for finding an alternative means to getting us to the train station with three large suitcases and carrying on bags,as the main road where the electric shuttles ran were closed due to the scheduled marathon event. "

"It was great staying at Beausite! The location was slightly further away from the main town area, but it had great views of the Matterhorn. The heated pool and hay sauna was the best to relax after a day of hiking. The room was spacious and toilet felt luxurious."

"I stayed there for two nights for a ski weekend with a friend. The hotel is within walking distance from the station (about 7 minutes) and the main street. With a bus stop right outside, it is conveniently located for skiing. The owner is very friendly and helpful, making you feel most welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
